About the role
We are looking for someone to take on a broad business development role. You will focus on making our current business stronger - improving things like pricing, packaging, customer journeys, and product distribution - while also driving growth through new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion, including M&A.
This job isn’t just about strategy. You’ll also make things happen. That means leading projects, working with teams across the bank, and making sure good ideas actually turn into results. Over time, you’ll also help build and lead a team.
You’ll be working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and will have a lot of visibility in the organization.
What you'll work on
- Make our existing products and business stronger by improving pricing, packaging, journeys, and how we reach customers
- Identify and evaluate new business ideas - new markets, new products, or M&A opportunities
- Take ideas from analysis to execution. Build business cases, get buy-in, and drive delivery
- Work with people from Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Risk to make sure initiatives are well-coordinated
- Over time, hire and manage people as the business development team grows
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment banking, or a similar role with strong exposure to strategy and execution
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience leading structured projects
- Curious, clear-thinking, and comfortable with change
- Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus but not required
- Experience from fintech, banking, or M&A is a bonus
