Junior IT Support Technician

The scope of your role:
As a Junior IT Support Technician, you will play a significant role in our IT Support processes for the Polish office (40 employees). You will be responsible for providing technical support for a range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure, mobile devices and audio-visual equipment.
You will be specifically responsible for:
Providing staff with technology support, which includes troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and network issues, answering questions regarding application use and the installation of software.
Troubleshooting for laptops, mobile phones, conference room systems including microphones, cameras.
Keeping workflows up to date and adjusting them when new roles are appointed and when the organization changes. Developing new functions to improve workflows with new features and permissions to more applications.
User account management through active directory and Google Admin.
Perform system maintenance and updates as appropriate.
Providing on-site warranty evaluation and repairs on equipment.
Required qualifications:
Any commercial experience as a Junior IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure: systems, hardware, networks.
Technical skills in software installation and hardware configuration.
Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, backup/recovery.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and interest to collaborate and work in a team.
Good spoken and written English.
Residency in Poland and either Polish citizenship or EU country citizenship.
Availability for about 16 hours a week (Monday-Thursday).
Preferred qualifications:
Practical knowledge of computer networks in the LAN, WAN and WLAN areas.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Education in IT (preferred IT systems administrator).
