I think using the concept of team is suiting to describe Northmill. Everyone here conducts themselves in such an agile and humbling manner that it becomes a natural place for creativity and growth. Everyone knows their role but are more than happy to step out of their own comfort zone to give their best to support each other.

This is essentially what drives long-term growth on both the personal and organizational level.
