The scope of your role

In the role as Customer Success Agent, you will, among other things, work with one of the most exciting financial services there is. Your job will be to help customers to a better personal financial situation. We have many examples where customers have saved tens of thousands of Swedish kronor with help from Northmill!

As a Customer Success Agent, you will mainly communicate with our customers via telephone, e-mail and chat. You will do everything from credit assessments to provide the best possible service and ways to help our customers. This is the role for you who are great at building relationships and who are driven by helping people.

About you

To succeed in this role we believe that you are a great team player who thrives in a high-paced environment, have good communication skills and always strive to provide world-class service to the customer. We also believe that you are a flexible person with great curiosity and perseverance.

Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Norwegian and you have good skills in the English language.

It is meritorious if you:

  • Have a financial degree
  • Have previous experience in customer service, sales or credit management
