The scope of your role
As a Support Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support and substantive assistance in the field of our banking products. You will be in charge of identifying customer needs, resolving some easy incidents, analyzing and reporting product malfunctions. Moreover, you will be in contact with our developers.

Who are you?
You are a creative and curious person who like to contact with people. We are always looking for new knowledge and have a curiosity out of this world, we think that you have the same mindset and you are excited to read about the latest tech trends.

Must have: 
  • Experience or open to working in remote support.
  • Having excellent communication skills. 
  • Good English speaker (min. B2).
  • Open to work 24/7.
Nice to have:
  • Technical knowledge and programming skills.
