What you’ll get to do
We are now looking for Finnish-speaking Customer Advisors to extend our sales department. This is an important role in a fast-growing company where you get to develop both yourself and your career. In this role, you get to use your serviceability to help customers improve their financial life, through one of our most exciting products - Northmills Reduce.
As a member of our sales department, you become part of a growing team with an important purpose - to improve financial life. You will work with our service Reduce, which has already today helped thousands of individuals to reduce their loan costs. Your work will mean that you, with your phone as your primary tool, contact both existing and new customers to review their current loan situation.
You guide the customer through a completely digital application process - of course at a lower interest rate than they have today.
Who are you?
We are now looking for that special someone with a positive attitude who gain energy from helping customers to a better situation. You are goal-oriented and always give everything to achieve the set goals. You are selfdriven but are also a true team player who supports the team to achieve your common goals.
We also believe that you are a flexible person who thrives in high energy and sometimes high tempo. You are fluent in Finnish and English, both orally and in writing. We will be extra happy if you have previous experience in sales, customer service or credit management. If you also speak Swedish it would be a great advantage.
