About Northmill

Northmill is a Swedish neobank founded in 2006. Our vision is to improve financial life.

We aim to build the most relevant, personal and intelligent neobank in Europe. Banking needs to change and be more about solving people’s actual problems. We genuinely believe that we will be a strong force in that development – and our journey has just begun. Imagine you had the possibility to manage your entire financial life in one personalized feed; join communities of your choice, switch subscriptions on and off, or support charities. Imagine if you simply could track, improve and control your financial health and entire economic life in one single place? That is what we are developing.

Northmill has helped more than 200 000 customers to date. We are 150 employees and more than 50 percent work with tech and product development. We spend a majority of our time developing new products and working with leading technology companies in the world, such as AWS, Snowflake, Tink and many more. Because that is what we are, a deeply tech-driven company. At Northmill you will not trip on any cables since we are 100% cloud-based. Using the latest technology to solve customer problems is our mission, and basically how we spend our days, if we do not explore and test new technology.

You should choose Northmill if you share the belief that every customer counts, and their feedback is the only nutrition you want. We offer you to take part in a unique experience that will give you the opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself, and get the chance to make a difference – for real. You decide how far you want to go, but we do it together as a team. Because WE come ahead of ME in our house. The average employee at Northmill is 32, we speak more than 20 different languages, dream big, try new things out and constantly challenge the status quo. So, if it is time for you to debunk the myths of banking – continue to read.
