The scope of your role

You will become a key player in the marketing team, searching for new growth potential across all our products and markets by analyzing existing business, processes and initiatives. You will also be finding new innovative and effective ways to create brand awareness and increase the number of customers to the bank. 

Testing is in your blood. Constantly testing out new channels, opportunities and challenging current setup based on data.

We expect you to be in love with our  KPI`s and numbers, supporting the team with insights, follow up on our performance and provide great reporting. You will analyze data from different sources to monitor revenue performance, churn rates and more, while also uncovering areas of improvement. Preparing and presenting recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data to the marketing team will be a great part of the role. 

In our marketing team, we have our dedicated focus and responsibility, but our journey and vision demand more. You will have to love to dig in, learn new stuff and help out where it's needed. About you

We believe that you are a humble, result-oriented and energetic person with strong analytical skills. You have experience in several of the above-described areas within marketing, and you are a team player. 

We also believe you:

  • Are knowledgeable in one or several digital marketing channels, such as all relevant SoMe channels, Google ads etc. 
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English

Extra plus if you: 

  • Have a design eye and can create good visual content
  • Have experience from marketing campaigns
  • Have experience from target group/segmentation and/or market research work
  • Have experience from working with b2c
