The scope of your role

We have a clear vision and high goals for the future, and you will play a huge role in order for us to reach that vision. You will have a high level of ownership and freedom and be able to try out new things - we appreciate creative people that dare to find new ways to succeed. Your mission will be to enable our office to grow with approx 40 tech engineers within the next couple of years and also make sure our people stay happy, engaged, healthy and high performing.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide HR support, expertise, advise and coaching for Northmill employees and managers.
  • Operative recruitment, within Tech. We aim to grow with 20+ engineers annually.
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to ensure a world-class employee experience.
  • Usage of HR data such as engagement (Officevibe), recruitment (Teamtailor), and other HR core data (Peopleinsights) to ensure a healthy and high performing workplace.
  • Support the Global HR Lead in the management and roll-out of people-orientated projects.
  • Deliver, lead and proactively review local Learning & Development processes, including workshops, training, e-learning, and onboarding activities.
  • Other HR-related tasks could occur as we grow and develop together.

About you

To thrive in this role we believe you are curious with the ability to question status quo and you never quit until the goal is reached. You are active and always on the move with a strong focus on quality and results.

You bring:

  • A Bachelor degree in Human resources, business or relevant field
  • Proven track record in HR best practice in Poland
  • Experience in search & headhunting of Tech professionals in Poland
  • Fluency in Polish and English

Good to have: 

  • Experience in employer branding activities, both physical and digital.

We also believe you have great skills in LinkedIn recruiter, ATS and HRMS.
