About the role

This is a role for you who love the mix of working both strategic and operative within the HR area in a high paced scale-up environment. The mission for you will be to take us to the next level within HR operations, without adding unnecessary layers of complexity.

Some of the key parts for you will be to ensure high-effective and high-quality People/HR processes, own and make sure our core HR data is accurate at all times, implement learning and development initiatives and own our Onboarding journey from start to finish, making sure our new starters are getting the best start possible on their Northmill career.

It's all about our brilliant people, and we expect you to master leadership coaching in all People related areas, and also be able to handle individual employee matters connected with eg. health, work environment and labour law with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, common sense and heart.

You are one of our most shining stars when it comes to being a culture bearer, promoting and foster our unique culture and make sure it is not getting lost during our growth journey.

You deliver on your objectives by defining strategies and execute on roadmaps for retaining top talent by keeping them happy, healthy, engaged, and high performing.

About you

To thrive in this role we believe you are curious with the ability to question status quo and you never quit until the goal is reached. You are active and always on the move with a strong focus on quality and results.

You bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in the creation and execution of HR strategies and processes such as L&D, Comp & Ben, Performance Management, Onboarding, etc.
  • Experience in implementation of HRM systems and HR metrics.
  • Coaching skills, on all levels in an organisation.
  • A Minimum of 7 years in HR, and a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience and knowledge from working in a global role, Tech/Product companies to be preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
